Hello, Dr. Weinstein - I saw you on Don Lemon's CNN Newscast/talkshow last night - October 3, 2009. I agree completely with your comments about David Letterman being a manager and needing to behave like one - and not do what he has done. Although, as Mr. Lemon said, this kind of thing happens in all offices, that doesn't make the behavior right. That's one important thing Mr. Lemon did not say. I've seen it twice in the organization where I work; and in both cases, it severely damaged morale in our office. Whether or not David Letterman initiated the activities, he should not have taken part - because he is a manager. Thank you for standing up for what's right and ethical!
